Nick Creswell, Teacher of Transcendental MeditationTeacher: Nicholas Cresswell

Nicholas has been practising Transcendental Meditation for twenty five years since he was in his thirties.

At the time he was a highly-stressed executive with the inevitable attendant high blood pressure. He knew that taking drugs to dilate his blood vessels was not going to get to the root cause of his hypertension, and found that Transcendental Meditation did 'exactly what it said on the tin'; in three months blood pressure had been normalised!

Nicholas found the technique so astounding that he became a teacher.

Nicholas is also a Yachtmaster instructor, and he and his wife Sophie have recently returned to live in the St Austell area after completing a round-the-world sailing trip. Teaching Transcendental Meditation throughout Cornwall is now his priority and he looks forward to introducing as many people as possible to this incredible technique.
