Transcendental Meditation allows mind and body to reliably and easily achieve a very special quality of rest, quite different from ordinary relaxation or sleep. You do it for just 20 minutes twice a day, yet it repays you many times over with creativity, efficiency, and sounder judgement.
Learning to meditate
You can learn Transcendental Meditation at one of our dedicated London Centres in Shepherd's Bush or Victoria, or with one of our Teachers in The City, Palmers Green, or Twickenham. Courses comprise an hour-and-a-half on four consecutive days, outside working hours, with periodic follow-up meetings thereafter. A sliding scale of charges and payment by instalment, where necessary, helps everyone to invest in this fundamental life skill.
Meditation in business
The benefits of this simplest yet most effective of stress management techniques are multiplied when a team or department take it up together. Transcendental Meditation is entirely compatible with other training programmes that you may have in place, and actually helps your staff derive greater benefit from them.
