Peter Seal has been a Teacher of Transcendental Meditation for many years and has taught the technique to people from all walks of life and from all backgrounds.
He is also a musician and music teacher, teaching the guitar to schools and colleges throughout Surrey.
He says: "Transcendental Meditation is so extraordinarily simple to practise, and yet it's benefits are so profound that it is always immensely satisfying to pass it on to others."
